We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings, equipment, and grounds safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and making a real impact behind the scenes—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  •  Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) 
  •  Complete preventative maintenance tasks (generator checks, kennel systems, and more) 
  •  Troubleshoot and handle minor repairs such as drywall, painting, and basic fixtures 
  •  Coordinate with outside contractors for larger repair projects 
  •  Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and outdoor grounds 
  •  Track maintenance schedules, vendor contacts, and supply inventory 
  •  Order and manage janitorial and maintenance supplies 
  •  Assist with contractor communication, quotes, and project follow-up 
What You Bring

  •  Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar field (preferred) 
  •  Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively 
  •  Comfortable using hand and power tools 
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  •  Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude 
  •  Ability to follow and communicate instructions clearly 
  •  Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent) 
Physical Requirements

  •  Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (8+ hours) 
  •  Capable of lifting 50+ lbs 
  •  Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching overhead, and working in tight spaces 
  •  Good vision and manual dexterity
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
